This service will be appropriate for families and people of all ages and will feature praise music, and a teaching sermon

** Taizé Style Worship at Good Shepherd - A service in the style of the Taizé (Teh-ZAY) is offered on the second Sunday of each month a 6:30 pm in the Narthex. The Taizé style of Christian worship originated in a ecumenical religious community in the village of Taizé, France. With meditative singing, brief scripture readings, simple prayers, and periods of silence, Taizé helps to quiet the mind, open the heart , and feed the soul. Taizé worship is both meditative and beautiful, employing candlelight and icons to evoke a sense of holy presence that calms our "busy" souls. Whatever a person's beliefs or denomination, Taizé services offer a time of quiet and solitude in the presence of God.

*** Healing Service - A lay-led Healing service is held at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Sunday of the month. The service includes and Order of St. Luke liturgical format, music, and intercessory prayers.
