Use this publicity / communications request form to ensure that your activity or announcement is publicized effectively.
Deadlines to note:
BULLETIN - by noon on Tuesday for that week.
NEWSLETTER - by the 12th of the previous month.
WEBSITE - A month or more prior to the event is ideal; please allow one week to get events listed on the website.
WEEKLY EMAIL - Emails are sent on Thursday; if you want your event featured, please request this at least one week in advance. We typically feature things that are parish wide, new, or happening within the next week or two .
SPECIAL EMAIL - We try to limit the number of emails that go to everyone; please give as much notice as possible so this can be adequately considered.
FLYER REQUEST - Please allow two weeks for a flyer to be done as work flow varies.
