The Good Shepherd Acolyte Guild will hold its Fall intake and training on September 20th. We are very keen to welcome any youth aged 10-18 to join us. Our acolytes enjoy a high profile at Good Shepherd and are known to be among the most dedicated and skillful in The Diocese. Training takes a few hours on Sunday afternoon after church. If your candidate is 9 then we can discuss if they are ready, especially if they have older siblings already serving. Through August and September we would love to meet families with candidates after morning services so we can get to know you. Please do not hesitate to find me, Paul Brinsden, any time after services. I am usually walking around in a black cas-sock or a white alb if assisting at the altar.
